Cancellations within 5 working days notice period of when work is due to commence will have the deposits kept. Refunds are only offered only when cancellation is before 5 working days to allow time for that space to be filled, if the space of the appointment cannot be filled by another customer, the deposit will be kept to cover loss of earnings.
